How is the latency figure measured?
From the moment the caller stops speaking to the moment audio starts playing back, which is the gap a caller actually experiences. A latency number quoted without its measurement point is not comparable across vendors.
Which Indian languages are supported?
We evaluate candidate languages against a sample of your own call recordings and report accuracy per language, rather than publishing a count that has not been tested on your traffic.
